We Get You Ready For Your New Career

After decades of training loan officers, we’ve perfected a method and approach to educating that works. And our mortgage company partners know this, which is why they are lined up and waiting to meet our students – and why we are so successful in placing our students with employers.

In the training phase, we provide all the information you need for your new position. We also assist you in preparing for your interview with a mortgage company. And our training continues after you get your job, ensuring you’re very well assimilated into your new company and the industry. ORIGINATOR Plus is a program made up of two main components that occur in tandem.

1. ORIGINATOR (Training)

We provide the curriculum and instruction you need to be successful. Click here to learn more.

Phase I: Ground School

Phase II: Flight School

Phase III: Officer School

2. Plus (Career Placement)

We guide you through the process of securing a position. Once you’ve completed 70% of the Phase I training, we begin the process of introducing you to mortgage companies. In only three weeks, you are ready to start your new career. You’ll be very busy for those three weeks but you’ll also be well-prepared! And after you’re hired, we continue training (Phase II training) and assimilating you (Phase III training) into your new position and ensuring your success within your new company.
